Andrea Bonilla is the Workforce Development Institute Regional Director for Long Island. She comes from an economic, community development, and real estate background, having spent over eight years overseeing a revitalization project in Huntington Station. Andrea has partnered with local community organizations for a wide array of programming from education, environment, and arts to women’s programming, business assistance, and youth sports.
Phil Rugile is the Executive Director of the Institute for Workforce Advancement and its affiliated web platform, Oswsupplychain.org, and the Director of LaunchPad Huntington. He helps educators, businesses, and government agencies build communities, create innovation programs, and develop workforce training initiatives. He focuses on initiatives that create sustainable talent pipelines for the advanced manufacturing and offshore wind sectors as well providing support to thriving startup ecosystems that drive economic growth.
Rosalie Drago is the Commissioner of the Suffolk County Department of Labor, Licensing & Consumer Affairs. With more than 20 years of NY-based economic and workforce development experience, Rosalie is committed to building and cultivating engaged, flourishing communities. As Long Island Regional Director at the Workforce Development Institute, she works closely with employers, employees, lawmakers, and educators to promote commercial and residential interests. Her goal: stronger communities through the creation of a more skilled workforce.
